The Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) is conducting an industry survey. Will you help?

We are proud to be an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association, PBSA, whose mission is to Advance Excellence in the Screening Profession. For the fourth year in a row, PBSA is conducting an industry survey of human resources professionals regarding their use of employment background screening services.

We are asking our readers and clients to take a couple of minutes to complete this short survey. Your survey responses will be confidential and will be used to help the industry continue to grow and serve the needs of you, our customers. The survey should be completed no later than March 15, 2020. Last year 2,301 human resources professionals told us that protecting employers and customers was the top reason they conducted background checks. The 2019 survey also provided insight including things like the value placed on international screening capabilities and the timing of when background checks take place in the hiring process.

Note: the survey is completed by PBSA in partnership with HR.com, therefore the link will direct you to an HR.com survey. You will not receive unwanted solicitations from either PBSA or HR.com, however you will have the opportunity to receive a summary of the survey findings and attend a webinar sharing the same.
